Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate flatbed truck routes for overnight deliveries.

Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and safe transport of goods.

Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Keep accurate records of dispatch activities.

Provide roadside assistance when needed, ensuring drivers receive timely support in case of emergencies or breakdowns.

Schedule: Remote, 4:30 PM — 2:30 AM (CDT) (Monday — Friday)
Requirements:

Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure.

Knowledge of flatbed logistics will be a huge plus.

Ability to handle roadside assistance situations calmly and efficiently.

Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is a must.
