Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on learning and development, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs across various levels of the organization.
- Experience with leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentational, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Labor law knowledge, martial law and military law knowledge — expert level.
- 1C, MS Office.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities to attract and retain talents.
- Oversee and ensure the organization’s adherence to laws and regulations regarding military recordkeeping and obligations.
- Support performance management initiatives and coordinate training programs for staff development.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities and succession planning.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and hotel industry regulations.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance to managers and team members on HR-related matters.
- Organize and coordinate social events, team member related events and activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
