Job Description
Murka is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for the team that develops social casino games.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large sets of marketing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct an extensive analysis, covering all available data from ad impressions to users' in-game behavior.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to adjust strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Create comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, game development, and business intelligence to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies.
- Assist in developing predictive models to forecast user behavior, identify potential risks, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and gaming to continually improve marketing initiatives' effectiveness.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the gaming or mobile app industry.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming metrics and industry-specific KPIs.
- Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or R will be a plus
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Passion for gaming and a deep interest in understanding player behavior and preferences.
