? We at Cryptorsy Ventures are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team full-time and help scale our sales pipeline in the Web3 and digital marketing space.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, Twitter, Telegram, forums, and other relevant platforms
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Leverage automation tools like LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Lemlist, etc.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to nurture and convert leads
- Keep track of lead performance and campaign results in CRM tool

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation (preferably in a marketing agency or IT/Web3 company)
- English Proficiency — at least B1 level (strong written & spoken communication).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Nice to Have:
- Understanding of Web3 / crypto / blockchain markets
- Experience working in marketing or sales teams
- Background in B2B outbound lead generation campaigns
