More Local Clients, LLC (MORE) is a holistic marketing agency looking for a Lead Generation Manager to get more local businesses in the US and Canadian markets to offer marketing services.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (B2 or higher) for fluent communication with leads via email and calls.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably targeting local businesses (not e-commerce or tech companies).
- Hands-on experience with cold email outreach, LinkedIn, Facebook, Alignable outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and outreach skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach — Identifying and reaching out to potential clients via cold emails, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Alignable.
- Managing Lead Pipelines — Organizing and maintaining lead lists and CRM records.
- Cold Email Campaigns — Setting up, optimizing, and tracking email outreach performance.
- Engaging with Leads — Responding to inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and nurturing prospects.
- Identifying New Markets — Researching opportunities for lead generation and market expansion.
- Optimizing the Sales Funnel — Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the lead generation process.
- Reporting & Analytics — Analyzing outreach performance and providing reports to management.
- Work time zone: Chicago, USA (UTC -5) or a similar time zone.
