Biosphere Corporation — one of the largest producers and distributors of household, hygiene, and professional use products in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (brands such as Freken BOK, Smile, Selpak, Vortex, Novita, PRO service, and many others) — is inviting applications for the position of Personal Assistant to the CEO / Business Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the CEO’s calendar (daily, monthly, yearly, and long-term planning), organizing meetings, audio and Zoom conferences;

Performing written translations in English, Italian, Ukrainian, and other languages (as needed);

Maintaining expense reports and submitting monthly budgets;

Fulfilling personal errands (tea/coffee, ordering lunch, purchasing gifts, vacation arrangements, supporting the CEO’s family, etc.);

Providing communication support: handling business correspondence on behalf of the CEO, liaising with partners, including international ones;

Assigning tasks to subordinates on behalf of the CEO and monitoring their completion, as well as overseeing monthly reports from the CEO’s subordinates;

Coordinating with personal drivers;

Coordinating the work with the Italian Consulate in Dnipro and maintaining cooperation with the consulate;

Supporting the projects managed by the CEO.

Requirements:

English proficiency (minimum B2 level);

Higher education;

Experience in administration or as an assistant to a CEO or top executive.
