Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Sport Operations Manager to support the execution of sports events bets and operational activities. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about sports, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational work with bookmakers bets testing.
- Maintain records of bets and operational performance metrics under supervision
- Monitor the statistics of sports settlement.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, updating databases, and tracking timelines.
- Collaborate with senior managers to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (would be a nice additional).
- Experience (prefferable): 1 years of experience in operations, event planning, or sports-related roles (internships or volunteer work count).

Excel knowledge would be preffereable.
Skills:
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours during events or peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Familiarity with sports event bets (e.g., scheduling or ticketing platforms).
- Passion for or knowledge of specific sports (specify if applicable, e.g., soccer, basketball).
- Basic understanding of financial records.
