About the Role
We are looking for two experienced RDS-PP Specialist's to join the team. The RDS Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Reference Designation System (RDS) for their power plants, ensuring that it is accurate, up to date, and meets the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the RDS-PP T32 for power plants, including the creation of new codes and the modification of existing codes as necessary.
- Ensure that the RDS structure is accurate up to date and reflects the current state of our power plants.
- Examine existing RDS structures for formal, content-related, and technical correctness. Unitfy different structures, correct missing entires, and ensure compliance of designations and or denominations.
- Assign information and data objects including spare parts, equipment, documents, maintenance objects, and signals to the approporiate level of RDS.
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the RDS meets their requirements and is aligned with their needs
- Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for the use of the RDS, including training materials and user manuals
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of the RDS, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Familiarity with RDS structure, and mechanical, electical, and SCADA background
- Familiarity with the maintenance implementation process

Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or Control, or a related field
- Important knowledge in Electrical and Control And Monitoring Engineering
- At least 1 year of epxerience. working RDS in the power generation industry
- Strong knowledge of RDS standards and best practices, including IEC 81346 and ISO 14224
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
- Upper intermediate English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge in Maintenance implementation, warehouse, management, understanding the difference between Function Location code, Material and Equipment
- Understanding how RDS can and should be practically used in the industry (Windfarm life cycle)

Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering
