We are looking for a reliable and proactive Fleet Manager specialist to oversee weekend fleet operations and assist drivers in real time. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible format and the opportunity to grow with the company.
? YOUR ROLE
- Provide weekend coverage for our Fleet Manager (Sat & Sun, 24/7 EST — 8 days/month)
- Stay available via phone and computer to assist drivers with emergencies or breakdowns
- Analyze and resolve truck-related issues (e.g. flat tires, mechanical failures, etc.)
- Locate and coordinate with truck stops, repair shops, or dealerships
- Make time-sensitive decisions and take ownership of support actions
- Communicate efficiently with drivers, service providers, and internal team
- Work closely with the primary Fleet Manager, who can be contacted in case of complex situations

? YOUR STRENGTHS
- Must have a strong mechanical understanding of truck systems and components, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- 1+ year of experience in truck repair or fleet maintenance (experience with Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed preferred)
- Strong understanding of truck and trailer components
- Ability to find appropriate repair services quickly (truck stops, mobile mechanics, dealerships)
- Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluent spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- Ability to stay calm and act fast under pressure
- High responsibility and willingness to help drivers in critical moments

- Previous US logistics experience
- Knowledge of fleet operations or dispatch support
- Experience working with repair shops or in truck service centers
