Qualifications:
- degree in law;
- professional experience
- 1−2 years in legal field with a focus on corporate law;
- experience with international jurisdictions;
- level of English upper intermediate or higher (including legal English);
- excellent knowledge of civil, commercial law, tax law;
- strong knowledge of MS Office, legal databases (YouControl, Liga, etc.)

Skills:
- good communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- excellent analytical, legal writing and research skills;
- high level of self-motivation and proactiveness.

Key responsibilities:
- carrying out legal research and legal analysis;
- document flow organization;
- drafting, amending, reviewing contracts / resolutions / etc.;
- legal support of business operations of the Company;
- translation of legal documents (EN > UA, UA > EN);
- communication with partners, contractors, banks;
- performance of various legal ad hoc assignments.
