Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with Odoo (ERP system);
- English proficiency — B2 or higher;
- Strong critical and analytical thinking; — Proficiency in project planning: defining scope, creating timelines, allocating resources;
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for system customization;
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies;
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new system functionalities and map them to customers' business processes;
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in issue resolution;
- Ability to negotiate and persuade stakeholders effectively;
- Good team player with strong communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of UML/BPMN for process modeling and documentation;
- Ability to assist in preparing communication plans, RACI matrices, and other supporting materials for project organization.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of project documentation;
- Investigate and analyze issues within the customer’s Odoo ERP system;
- Prepare structured task descriptions for developers based on business requirements;
- Prioritize and estimate tasks in cooperation with developers;
- Align on deadlines and scope expectations with developers and clients;
- Identify and assess potential project risks;
- Contribute to setting up team workflows (development, QA, requirements management);
- Learn new Odoo functionalities and assist with configuration of standard features;
- Track overall project progress, including task load and individual progress of team members;
- Ensure task prioritization aligns with business goals;
- Support team motivation and productivity;
- Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and collect feedback;
- Assist in preparing project updates and progress reports;
- Participate in or lead presentations and demo sessions for clients;
- Help prepare communication strategies and stakeholder alignment tools, including RACI charts and process diagrams when needed.
