Your responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Coordinate service appointments between customers and field teams
- Collecting and transferring customer data to relevant departments
- Ensuring excellent customer experience in line with company standards
- NO prior experience needed!

You & Your Skills:
- English level of B1-B2, (extra welcoming bonus for C1 certified level)
- Self-organized, responsible, and able to multi task
- Learn quickly and adapt well to changes
