We’re Vector Moving Company, and we’re not your typical movers. We’re building something bold, fast, and just a little extra (in the best way). We care about branding, top-tier service, and making a real impact in the moving industry. With big plans ahead and growing to-do lists, we’re looking for a Project & Operations Manager who’s organized, creative, scrappy, and ready to take ownership of a lot of moving parts (pun intended).
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our Project & Operations Manager, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything together and moving forward. You’ll collaborate with teams across the board — marketing, operations, customer support, HR, sales — and touch nearly every area of the business. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should know how to figure things out, ask the right questions, and follow through without needing a babysitter.
A typical day might look like:
- Troubleshooting platform issues or coordinating with support to resolve them.
- Reviewing a new uniform design or social media post before it goes live.
- Organizing a video shoot — making sure the team, truck, and gear are all in the right place at the right time.
- Interviewing a freelancer you sourced on Upwork.
- Evaluating an influencer proposal, checking their stats, and drafting a simple contract.
- Making sure our CRM, phone system, or AI assistant (hey Ava ?) are running smoothly.
- Keeping docs in order, dropping reminders in Slack, and jumping between multiple threads like a pro.
You’ll Own or Help With
- Operations & Logistics: Scheduling, supplies, shoot coordination, vendor communication (brand related).
- Marketing Collaboration: Reviewing content, managing influencers, approving swag, keeping branding tight (aligned with standards).
- Customer Support: Joining tricky calls, reviewing AI interactions, updating scripts and FAQs (keeping SOPs up to date).
- HR/People: Screening candidates, onboarding new hires, keeping folders and NDAs updated (partial involvement).
- Sales Support: Maintaining sales scripts, databases, promo codes, and training content (did we mention SOPs?).

- Light skills in design or copywriting/editing.
?? Conditions & Requirements
- 100% remote — you’ll need a stable internet connection, a powerful computer, and a work setup that’s resilient to power outages.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 15:00 — 23.00, with a flexible 30-minute lunch break.
- Probationary period: 2−3 months.
- Salary at PP:$1500−1600 (fix + KPI, depending on candidate’s competences). After PP: $1700−1900 in the first year with the prospect of growth;
