Product Manager (English-speaking)
Save Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization focused on supporting families in Ukraine. Founded in 2014, our mission is to protect children and families affected by war. We serve the most vulnerable Ukrainians — orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and survivors of violence.
We evacuate families from frontline areas and temporarily occupied territories. We are the only humanitarian organization that regularly organizes rescue missions to bring forcibly deported Ukrainian children back home.
Save Ukraine unites dozens of organizations and hundreds of volunteers to restore lives shattered by war.
Position Overview
The Product Manager at Save Ukraine will be responsible for developing, improving, and scaling digital and informational products that support our humanitarian mission. From internal platforms to public-facing tools, you will oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring all solutions are user-centered, impactful, and aligned with our strategic goals.
We are looking for someone who is mission-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to bring structure and vision to product development in a dynamic humanitarian setting.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning

Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.

Identify and prioritize user needs through research and team input.

Align product direction with organizational and donor goals.

Development & Implementation

Write clear product requirements and coordinate with developers and designers.

Oversee implementation, testing, and successful product launches.

Continuously improve existing tools based on data and feedback.

Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with content, design, tech, programs, and communications teams.

Lead regular syncs, sprints, and check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare internal documentation, training materials, and reports.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track product performance through key metrics (usage, satisfaction, impact).

Analyze and report progress to donors and leadership.

Adjust roadmap and priorities based on analytics and user feedback.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Communications, Design, or related fields.
Experience:

2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or digital services.

Experience in nonprofit, humanitarian, or social impact fields is a strong plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English and Ukrainian).

Experience working with tools like Trello, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, etc.

User-centered mindset and ability to translate needs into solutions.

Creative problem-solving and ability to work in ambiguity.

Work Conditions
Location: Kyiv or hybrid (flexible with office presence)
