About the Role:We’re hiring a reliable and fast-learning Technical Digital Associate to support internal operations and client systems. This is a full-time remote role for someone who communicates clearly in English, picks up new tools quickly, and can take ownership of a wide range of technical support tasks.
You’ll collaborate with team members to execute technical and digital tasks — from importing and cleaning data to researching tools, testing workflows, and helping maintain structured systems that support client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technical tasks across platforms such as Google Sheets, CRMs, and project tools
- Import/export and organize data cleanly and accurately
- Test workflows and digital tools, report feedback
- Conduct research on digital systems and process improvements
- Troubleshoot and solve issues independently when possible
- Assist in documenting internal systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Quick learner with solid attention to detail
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems — willing to figure things out
- Reliable, responsive, and consistent in delivery
- Able to manage time well and follow through on tasks without micro-management.
