? We’re Hiring: CEO / Director (Remote) — Lead a Creative E-commerce Gift Empire!
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for e-commerce, creative products, and building high-performing teams? We’re looking for a CEO to lead our personalized gift brand into its next chapter and scale it globally!
Our company is based in London, UK, but this is a fully remote position — you can work from anywhere in the world. ?
? Who We Are: We are a fast-growing company specializing in personalized gifts and custom souvenirs. Using high-end laser engraving, UV printing, and canvas printing, we turn customer memories into beautiful, one-of-a-kind items — from engraved metal keychains and jewelry to customized phone cases and photo collages.
Each product is designed individually by our in-house team of creative designers, ensuring a personal touch in every order.
? Your Role: As CEO, you’ll be the engine behind our creative and commercial success. You’ll:
- Manage and inspire a remote team of 10−15 people
- Oversee and scale our online sales on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify
- Lead the launch of new products and collections
- Research trends, find winning product ideas, and coordinate production
- Source new suppliers and negotiate partnerships
- Manage inventory levels and stock control
- Supervise our web development and creative teams
- Drive digital marketing across social media and Google Search
- Set KPIs, assign tasks, and track progress across departments
- Write clear SOPs and team workflows
- Hire, train, and evaluate team members

? What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong e-commerce and online sales background
- Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher)
- Experience managing remote teams
- Creative, resourceful, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting
