We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
