As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Specialist to support our sales, purchase, and import operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Requirements:
- Confident PC user (Windows, MS Office, Internet, e-mail programs, social media, EDI, BAS/1C) and office equipment;
- Experience from 1 year Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian, good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work with people, to organize the work, to resolve disputes and conflicts;
- Proactive and fast learner; high motivation to work and develop;
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.

Duties:
- processing and managing sales orders accurately;
- managing customer and product databases;
- preparing various sales-related documents;
- handling inquries from customers via correspondence, email and phone, providing prompt and professional support;
- monitoring sales figures and generating reports;
- coordinating with supliers and customers to organize orders;
- handle purchasing documentation and coordination with logistics team to ensure delivery of goods;
- assisting with administrative tasks: documntation archiving, organizing meetings and supporting marketing activities.
