Join Our Team — Operations Support Specialist (Remote)
We are a well-established flatbed trucking company based in Chicago, proudly operating for over 12 years with a fleet of 80+ trucks.
We are currently seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our team. This is a remote position with great growth potential for someone who wants to be a part of a supportive and process-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Entry: accurately input shipment details, delivery schedules, driver information, and load photos into company databases.
- Load Verification: request and review load photos to confirm proper securement and tarping. If incorrect, provide clear guidance to the driver. Vehicles may not move until corrected photos are received and approved.
- Communication: coordinate with drivers and team members to resolve issues and provide timely updates to supervisors.
- Problem Solving: identify and resolve data-related or logistics issues promptly.
- Compliance & Documentation: ensure that all transportation regulations and company policies are followed and maintaining necessary documentation.

Location: Remote |Schedule: Mon-Fri, 07:00 AM — 5:00 PM (CST)
What We Expect:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Clear phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry (transportation experience preferred).
- Experience with Motive and Ezloads is a plus
- Dependable, self-motivated, and professional in attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
