Responsibilities
- Oversee the communications of the brands and innovative projects in the current focus.
- Create and execute marketing and sales campaigns dedicated to lead generation, brand awareness, marketing exposure, and partnership acquisition.
- Drive social media activity and participation in conferences by searching for opportunities, organisers, and creating targeted funnels for them.
- Spot the opportunities in partnerships, competitions, and awards for the digital products and brands.
- Help with sales/marketing operational tasks, communications with partners, outreach, etc.
- Look for content publishing opportunities, partnerships with journalists, media venues, and news websites.
- Create and design compelling presentations.
- Use AI, modern tech to automate tasks and routines, create landings, showcases, websites, and automated processes.
- Structure CRM, reports, datasheets, decks, schedules and keep everything in clear order.

Requirements
- We’re not particularly looking for the specific number of years of commercial experience, but it’s important to have something to showcase in your CV. Still, any proven experience with content, communication, and marketing-related tasks described in responsibilities would be a great plus.
- Good English writing (using AI or similar tools).
- Must be proficient in prompting and utilising the latest models of ChatGPT.
- Excellent skills in writing purposeful content.
- Outstanding of communications techniques, basic marketing hooks and funnels, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of using Figma (Canva), advanced spreadsheeting.
- Continuously learn and grow every day with proven results.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent results and detailed reports while working on the goal-based model independently.
- Perfect with time management and task prioritisation, disciplined, and focused — must.
- Be motivated to exceed expectations, work under tight hours, and deliver excellent results over the expected time.
