Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking brokers and drivers over the phone.
- Provide customer support through emails and phone calls.
- Conduct thorough analysis and planning to ensure efficient cargo transportation.
- Processing and overseeing cargo documentation.
- Handling calls and resolving delivery-related issues with creativity and patience.

Requirements:
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Analytical and flexible thinking.
- Strong time management skills, multitasking, initiative
- Willingness to take responsibility for results and strive for continuous improvement.

What We Offer:
- Work schedule: 15:00 AM — 01:00 PM (4/4).
- Comfortable office with necessary equipment
- Training at the expense of the company
- Corporate events

During the curfew you will have a hybrid schedule: Start of the working day in the office from 3PM to 9PM, then from 10PM to 1AM — remotely.
