A Day in the Life
Sales Coordinator will support Ukrainian commercial team in all internal and external processes with document flow administration and coordination actions related to sales, marketing, data analytics, training & education, reporting, compliance, BCS requests, business trips arrangements, customer service and regulatory tasks by active involvement into all relevant workflow projects, issues and concepts. - Collaborates and supports commercial team in all marketing activities
- Arranges logistics and required materials presence during relevant conferences, exhibitions, live broadcasts, symposiums, hand-on sessions etc.
- Submits training and education requests into Business Conduct Standards (BCS) system based on requests from business according to internal legal and compliance standards.
- Arranges logistics and business trips bookings for physicians and business team members.
- Supports sales teams in training & education, business trips, fuel reporting and campaign close-ups.
- Assures alignment with other local functional structures such as finance, regulatory, quality, compliance and legal.
- Facilitates in local medical devices registration in cooperation with Regulatory department.

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Responsible and results driven
- Analytical skills to understand local markets and customers' needs
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with peers, colleagues, and customers across diverse cultures
- Fluent English and Ukrainian language
- Profound knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Degree in business, marketing, medicine, nursing, biology or other life science and experience in document administration are desirable.
