Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role within an IT or technology-driven organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
- Solid background in designing and facilitating corporate training and leadership development programs.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field (preferred).

Language:
- Ukrainian — native
- English — excellent (C1 level, both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to align learning and development strategies with organizational objectives.
- Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver tailored training programs for IT professionals, covering technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Agility & Responsiveness: Adapt learning strategies in response to evolving business needs and deliver timely, relevant learning solutions.
- Content Development: Design and curate engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules and blended learning formats.
- Performance Enablement: Track and evaluate training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine programs to maximize impact.
- Learning Technology & Innovation: Utilize LMS platforms, AI-based tools, and digital solutions to enhance the learner experience.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all training initiatives comply with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and internal policies.

- Coaching & Leadership Development: Experience in coaching employees and managers to build leadership capabilities.
- Crypto & Blockchain Awareness: Familiarity with blockchain technologies and fintech trends to align L&D programs with industry innovations.
- HR Analytics & Learning Data: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform and optimize learning strategies.
- Global Training Experience: Experience working with multinational teams and delivering training to remote or distributed workforces.
