Due to active growth, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and ensure successful project delivery across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

Task planning, progress tracking, change management.

Communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Application of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.

Preparation of project documentation, timelines, reports, and budgets.

Contribution to internal process improvement and project culture development.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

Proven experience in IT project management (experience in military-tech or consulting is a plus).

Confident use of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion).

Strong sense of ownership, organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (for client-facing communication).
