COO for International Law Firm (Remote)

As we expand, we seek a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team—someone who will work closely with the CEO and take a co-leadership role in driving our growth and operational success.
Role Overview
As COO (and acting as co-CEO), you will be responsible for scaling our operations, optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and spearheading business development. This is a strategic leadership role with significant autonomy and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-border teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Drive recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support growth.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for operational efficiency.
- Oversee business development initiatives to expand our client base and market presence.
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s strategy and culture.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including team leadership, business development, or other relevant experience.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills and experience standardizing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems, and drive processes to completion.
- A law degree or experience in the legal sector is a strong plus.
