What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries (CRM)
- Respond instantly and professionally to leads and nurture them through the funnel
- Track all interactions in CRM and ensure accurate follow-up
- Assist the CEO in preparing proposals, calls, and closing deals
- Monitor lead flow and optimize client communication
- Work closely with the founder and core team to constantly improve processes and results
You Are:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — any other languages are a plus
- Punctual, highly responsive, and extremely organized
- Experienced with CRM tools (or fast to learn)
- Result- and KPI-oriented — you care about numbers and closing
- Eager to grow and improve every day
