Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Ukraine to join our operations team. This remote position will focus on managing our investor communications and supporting our fundraising processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to hundreds of investor emails daily
- Categorize and prioritize investor responses
- Forward qualified leads to appropriate team members
- Manage email templates and personalized follow-ups
- Track communication in our CRM system
- Update investor information in our databases
- Assist with scheduling meetings between clients and investors

Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle high volume of emails efficiently
- Experience with email management and CRM tools
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and courteous communication style

Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Computer with webcam for occasional team meetings
- Ability to work with common office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Experience with email management systems preferable

Hours
- Flexible schedule with some overlap with European business hours
- 40 hours per week
