Now we are looking for a PPC Specialist with a solid understanding of performance marketing across multiple traffic sources, particularly Google and Meta platforms.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC (more experience is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English: Intermediate or higher
- Excellent time management, self-organization, and planning skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Utilize all available tools to drive performance and meet KPIs
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (ROAS, conversions, CTR, impressions, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to plan and refine advertising strategies
- Prepare reports and visualizations using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems
- Ensure timely execution and achievement of performance targets
