Duties
- Maintaining military discipline and following orders
- Undergoing professional training and skill development
- Leading subordinate personnel
- Ensuring successful completion of combat missions by the squad
- Coordinating with commanders of other squads and the platoon commander
- Mastery of the squad’s primary weapons

Requirements
- Fitness for service in an assault unit
- Willingness to perform combat tasks in active combat zones
- Motivation to serve the Ukrainian people and defend state sovereignty
- Leadership skills in managing personnel
- No alcohol or drug dependencies

Conditions
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract
- Transfer within the military unit with consent of the direct commander
- Monetary support according to current legislation
- Career advancement
- Participation in international military exercises
- Service in active combat zones
- Annual financial assistance for health and recovery
- Combat veteran status
