We are looking for a Dispatch Operations Assistant — a reliable, detail-oriented professional who will support both daily dispatch operations and performance analytics for our fleet. This hybrid role combines communication, TMS load entry, and in-depth work with internal spreadsheets and reports. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in logistics, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to grow into a key operations role.
Position Summary
The Dispatch Operations Assistant will be responsible for entering and managing load data in our TMS system, communicating with drivers and lane bookers, and maintaining detailed reports on driver performance, fuel usage, and bonuses. You will work closely with dispatchers and the Division Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter load details into the TMS system based on information from the lane booker
- Communicate with drivers and the lane booker to verify updates and load statuses
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for each load (BOLs, PODs, etc.)
- Monitor the status of all loads and escalate any issues or delays to dispatchers
- Maintain and regularly update driver mileage tracking spreadsheets

Requirements
- 6+ month experience in logistics, dispatch support, or operations
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting)
- Confident user of TMS platforms and basic dispatch tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics
- English level B2 or higher
- Reliable, organized, and proactive — especially when working independently

Work Conditions
- Full-time remote position
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST (U.S. business hours)
- Stable internet connection and personal computer required
- Ongoing support from Division and Operations Managers
