Hello! We are an affiliate program with a modern approach to business and ambitious plans for our future! At this stage, we are looking for an employee for the position of «Business development manager».
Our ideal candidate:
- Worked in the field of affiliate marketing (crypto\gambling);
- Has real cases of successful work in scaling the client base;
- Energetic, ambitious, with clearly defined goals and the ability to organize his time;
- Approaches problems analytically and is results-oriented!
Main responsibilities:
- Active search for advertisers (cold base);
- Creation of a working strategy (search for relevant sources, approval of the advertising budget, work algorithm, sequence of the cycle of conducting and concluding a deal, scaling paths);
- Attracting advertisers (in communication via messenger or in a phone call);
- Conducting, supporting the transaction cycle (advertiser management).
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of «business development manager» — at least one year;
- Knowledge of English at level B2;
- Experience and ability to work with attracting clients through cold search;
- High level of self-organization, ability to prioritize tasks;
- Ability and willingness to attend thematic conferences in Europe (at the company’s expense).
Conditions:
- Remote employment, (additional business trips around Europe may be possible);
- Comfortable work schedule (flexible, free), the main thing for us is the result!;
- Salary — rate $ 1200 + 10% of the profit from referred clients.
