We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless handover to our closing team. If you’re an outgoing, results-driven communicator who thrives in fast-paced sales environments, we want to hear from you!
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Everything shifts Tuesday — Friday, 14 PM — 11 PM (UA Time) Saturday — 10 AM — 7 PM
Your Role as an SDR
As the first point of contact for new leads, your role is to engage, qualify, and nurture prospects through proactive outreach and follow-ups. You’ll ensure potential customers have all the information they need to move forward while passing high-intent leads to our closing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification:
- Contact inbound leads quickly and assess their interest and needs.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement.
- Identify and pass high-potential leads to the closing team (BoFU).
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Maintain and organize leads within our CRM system.
- Track response rates and adjust strategies to improve conversion.
- Work closely with closers to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Customer Communication & Education:
- Provide information on pricing, services, and benefits.
- Answer initial questions and overcome objections effectively.
- Ensure every potential customer has a positive first impression.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Track engagement data and provide insights to improve outreach.
- Collaborate with management to refine lead qualification criteria.
- Test and implement new outreach strategies for better conversions.
What We’re Looking For
? Sales experience — Ideally in lead generation, customer outreach, or telemarketing.
? Excellent communication skills — Confident and persuasive on the phone.
? Organized & detail-oriented — Able to manage high lead volumes.
? Self-motivated & proactive — You take initiative and follow up relentlessly.
? CRM proficiency — Experience with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
? Results-driven mindset — You thrive on hitting targets and improving performance.
