Your Role:
We are looking for a Project Assistant (Junior Wind Warrior) to support project execution across Ukraine. You will work closely with experienced Project Coordinators and Site Management Team, learning all aspects of project management, site operations, logistics, and team coordination. This is an entry-level opportunity with a fast-track career path: With positive feedback and skills development, you can quickly grow into a Project Coordinator role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in project execution and daily operations.
- Support the coordination of travel, accommodation, fleet, tools, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Help in planning site activities and monitoring schedules.
- Collect and organize documentation and site progress reports.
- Assist with project cost management, focusing on operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications:
- Willingness and readiness to travel extensively across Ukraine (up to 100% of working time on-site).
- Previous experience in a technical, logistics, construction, or coordination role is a plus (but not mandatory — we are ready to train the right candidate).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in administrative and site tasks.
- Ability to solve problems independently and make practical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Valid B category driver’s license.
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and eagerness to grow.
