Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional managers (Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain).
- Organize and oversee the operational activities of the telesales team, ensuring adherence to service quality standards and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs): analyze results, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions to increase productivity.
- Analyze customer experience: improve scripts, instructions, and approaches based on feedback and data analysis.
- Conduct communication quality audits: ensure conversations comply with the company’s established standards.
- Prepare operational reports: regularly generate reports and monitor compliance with key metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments: ensure alignment and collaboration to achieve shared business objectives.
Professional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in sales (experience in telecommunications is a plus).
- Proven track record of managing a sales team of 40+ employees and successfully achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of financial and budgetary metrics with the ability to plan operations effectively based on those indicators.
- Successful background in international FinTech companies or banks.
- Proven track record of increasing performance by 30% or more through the implementation of effective strategies.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (Spanish is an advantage).
- Availability for regular business trips.
