About Us We’re a fast-growing, Calgary-based group operating in three parallel business lines: basements, windows & doors, and real estate transactions. With all processes built for results (not just reports), we use Zoho CRM, 3D visualization, laser measurements—and are now looking for a «playing coach» to scale our sales organization.
?Role Purpose As our Head of Sales, you’ll drive stable revenue growth and build scalable, client-centric sales systems across all three lines. You’ll act as a hands-on leader—analyzing, coaching, managing, and stepping into deals when needed. Long term, you’ll lead three dedicated Sales Directors, one per vertical.
Key Objectives (First 6−12 Months)
- Real Estate: Scale from 6 to 50+ agents; build recruitment, onboarding, training, and control systems
- Basements & Windows/Doors: Grow each team to 4+ sales managers; launch B2B streams with tailored funnels and offers
- CRM & Processes: Implement Zoho CRM discipline (100% usage), define KPIs, scripts, pipelines, and succession plans
- Performance Metrics: Boost call-to-appointment rates, eliminate overdue CRM tasks, and lift lead-to-sale conversion by 15−30%
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 4 current sales managers
- Monitor pipelines, enforce CRM task discipline, and provide feedback on lost deals
- Lead weekly 1:1s and team stand-ups; review calls, emails, and negotiation tactics
- Create training materials: playbooks, objection-handling guides, checklists
- Join high-stakes negotiations and close complex deals personally
- Track individual KPIs: revenue, calls, active deals, issued quotes
- Hire, onboard, and develop new sales talent
- Report forecasts and performance to the Commercial Director
You Have
- 2+ years managing mixed B2B/B2C sales teams, preferably in construction, real estate, or related niches
- Proven track record launching or restructuring sales departments from scratch
- Expert in KPI design, funnel analysis, and CRM implementation (Zoho CRM a plus)
- Fluent English (C1+) for client and team communication in Calgary time zone
- Hands-on selling and negotiation prowess; disciplined, self-organized, and driven by results
- Passion for creating playbooks, delivering training, and mentoring teams
