? Role Mission:
- Support the daily operations of our car shipping logistics team by handling administrative tasks from the sales agent, handle booking process, follow-ups, answer phone calls
- Assist clients with basic inquiries via email, SMS, and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain and update records in our CRM system accurately and consistently.
- Coordinate with team members (the sales agent and support representatives)
? Mission Summary: Assist the sales agent in handling the entire vehicle transport process — from booking new clients to coordinating all steps of the shipment. Support lead follow-up, help convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure clear, smooth communication between customers, drivers, and the team for a seamless transport experience.
? Requirements:
- Advanced English level (B2+)
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or operations roles (logistics background is a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment (reliable internet + laptop or computer)
? Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
- 3:15 PM — 12:00 AM (Kyiv time) / 8:15 AM — 5:00 PM (EST)
