Type of cooperation — remotely or from the office
We are currently looking for a Legal Advisor to support our global legal operations. This is an ideal role for someone at the early stage of their legal career, looking to work in an international, fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review standard legal documents such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and License Agreements (primarily in English).
- Ensure organization and accuracy of legal documents and files across multiple systems.
- Maintain and update insurance certificates for various jurisdictions.
- Support HR team in document drafting and verification checks.
- Assist with KYC procedures for new and existing clients.
- Conduct research and draft legal opinions on a variety of business matters.
- Provide support to senior legal team members on complex legal issues and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and streamline documentation processes.

Requirements
Must Have:
- Solid legal education (Master's degree or Postgraduate studies in Law preferred).
- Good understanding of contract law and general corporate legal principles.
- Experience drafting legal documents in English.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have:
- Prior experience as an in-house legal counsel or legal assistant in an international company.
- Familiarity with legal systems in the EU, US and Ukraine.
- Exposure to IT or technology companies (services and/or products including licensing and IP matters).
- Experience with HR-related legal documents and procedures.
- Understanding of KYC, GDPR, and basic SaaS compliance concepts.
