UAV Operator for the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine
OVERVIEW
We are looking for motivated candidates to join the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces as UAV (drone) operators. Ukraine’s military is becoming increasingly high-tech, and we need skilled professionals to conduct reconnaissance, adjust artillery fire, and eliminate enemy targets using drones.
The Territorial Defense Forces guarantee full support throughout the mobilization process, including assistance with Military Registration and Enlistment Office procedures, general military and specialized training, assignment to a military occupational specialty, and a combat UAV operator position.
With us, you’ll gain one of the most modern military professions — become a drone operator and start serving in one of our strike (reconnaissance) UAV units.
This program is open to civilians, as well as reserve soldiers and sergeants.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct aerial reconnaissance of enemy positions
- Adjust artillery fire on enemy forces and equipment
- Support other units during mission execution
- Engage enemy targets using strike and FPV drones
- Analyze and decode intelligence data
- Maintain and equip various types of drones for missions

REQUIREMENTS
- Digital literacy and a strong willingness to learn — essential
- Ability to use mobile apps and electronic devices
- No critical health issues that may interfere with tasks
- Readiness to operate in combat zones
- High motivation and commitment to success
- UAV experience is a plus
- Technical skills are an advantage

CONDITIONS
- Official mobilization or contract-based service until the end of the special period
- General military and professional training provided before deployment
- Monthly pay from 20,000 to 120,000 UAH depending on mission type and location
- Social benefits under current legislation, including 30 calendar days of annual leave, medical care, etc.
