Currently we are looking for a Junior Support Specialist in Kyiv
Responsibilities
- Work with user requests in the support system
- Analyze and resolve software problems
- Execute basic technical configuration of systems
- Communicate with developers and business analysts to improve product

Requirements
- Final year student or graduate of 2024 year in IT
- Intermediate level of English
- Practical experience with MS Power Platform, SQL queries (a plus, but not required)
- Knowledge of Web service, HTTP and API basic understanding
- Effective communication
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in the multitasking environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
