Safety Manager Assistant.
Salary starting from 3$ per hr. 2 weeks training period pays 1,5$ per hrs and 3 month probation. Requirements:
- Ready to Learn
- Good communication skills
- English B2 — C1
- PC and Internet

Experience in logistics (Ukraine, USA) would be a plus.
What are the daily duties:
Regulatory Compliance
- Assist with maintaining driver qualification files, drug & alcohol records, and Hours-of-Service (HOS) logs.
- Help update MCS-150, UCR, and other filings.
- Driver coaching and assistance.

Safety Training & Culture
- Coordinate new-hire safety orientation sessions.
- Track completion of online modules and schedule refresher trainings.

Incident Response
- Collect basic facts, photos, and statements after accidents; escalate to senior staff for analysis.
- Log incidents in company database.

Data & Reporting
- Pull weekly telematics and CSA score reports; flag exceptions for review.
- Prepare simple dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets.
