We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR People Partner to join our internal team and help create a supportive, engaging, and growth-focused environment for our employees.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Partner or similar role
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Critical thinking and a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to build trust and detect potential retention risks
- Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage and support the performance review process
- Collaborate closely with the Head of HR on strategic initiatives
- Plan and execute internal events and corporate activities
- Promote and support a strong corporate culture
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing daily HR support
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team efficiency
- Continuously improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
