As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Head of Sourcing Department — a strategic and experienced leader ready to take full ownership of sourcing and procurement operations. If you’re passionate about building processes, optimizing supply chains, and leading high-performing teams — this role is for you.

?? Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing and procurement strategy, ensuring availability of all products at Amazon warehouses and Prep Centers.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Search for new suppliers.
- Conducting effective negotiations and ensuring the best conditions for the company.
- Oversee production timelines and successful launches of new products.
- Build and maintain the annual procurement and production schedule.
- Ensure procurement stays within approved budget frameworks and pricing corridors.
- Supervise and optimize logistics, delivery routes, and warehouse supply flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, implement reorder strategies, and reduce stockouts.
- Control supplier payments and contract compliance.
- Organize product inspections and quality control processes.
- Implement tools and software to streamline supply chain operations.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective task delegation and performance.

? Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in e-commerce).
- Proven track record in working with suppliers from China and other global markets.
- Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and warehouse coordination.
- Experience in full-cycle procurement: from placing orders to ensuring timely delivery.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency working with Excel, Google Workspace.
- English at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
