We’re now looking for a Head of Design — a strong creative leader ready to take our design team to the next level.This is a full-time position in Lviv with a hybrid work format.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the design team, setting high visual and productivity standards.
- Optimize workflows, define timelines, and introduce best practices.
- Organize monthly design trainings and feedback sessions.
- Oversee key client projects and ensure top-tier design delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve content presentation and client experience.
- Curate and expand the agency’s portfolio.
- Track Amazon trends and ensure our visuals stay one step ahead.
