We are seeking a qualified individual to join a cleaning company operating in the Chicago, USA market.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound inquiries (phone, email, messaging apps)
- Enter and track tasks in the CRM
- Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch crews
- Provide proactive client communication throughout the service
- Prepare reports on request volume and job status
- Participate in improving scripts and service quality standards

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching
- Perfect spoken English
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in CRM and office applications
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under stress
- Customer-oriented mindset and desire to grow with the company

- Schedule: Mon-Sat, 4:00 PM — 2:00 AM Kyiv time (8:00 AM — 6:00 PM Chicago time)
