As we launch a new department focused on expedite transportation, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations within the company.
? Responsibilities:

Oversee and record daily financial transactions

Monitor fuel card usage and balances

Upload loads to factoring platforms

Review and verify settlement statements

Categorize company expenses

Collect necessary payroll documents from employees

Collaborate with other departments to support business operations

? Work Schedule: 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Ukrainian time)
? Requirements:

Upper-intermediate or higher English level (especially for broker communication)

Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

Proficiency in Excel

Strong attention to detail and accountability

Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines

High level of self-organization and decision-making skills
