The Role (No Boring Stuff Here)
You’ll transform designers' wildest Figma dreams into living, breathing websites that perform as beautifully as they look. We need someone who gets excited about:
- Bending Webflow to your will through advanced CMS architectures
- Making elements float, fade, and fly with silky GSAP animations
- Writing JavaScript that solves problems elegantly without bloating load times
- Building component systems that our team can actually understand and use

You’re Our Person If:
- You’ve spent 3+ years in Webflow’s trenches and know all its quirks and superpowers
- You can look at a Figma design and immediately map out the build strategy
- Animation excites you (GSAP and Finsweet are your trusty sidekicks)
- You’ve integrated 3D elements and made them play nice with everything else
- Your code is so clean other developers want to frame it
