Almost eleven years since the onset of hostilities in the country, Ukraine continues to deal with challenges for nationwide socio-economic recovery and decentralization. The Consultant will oversee the planning and implementation of training activities to build on local capacities on data preparation (cleaning, verification, aggregation), management, and analysis in line with international standards and IOM’s internal toolbox.
