About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in HR who is eager to support and develop key HR functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (from onboarding to offboarding).
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related documentation and reports as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Advanced level).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
