Manager’s tasks:
- Ensuring the correctness and efficiency of work processes and procedures.
- Monitoring and control of online payments.
- Collaboration with the development team and interaction with traders.
- Prompt and effective response to client inquiries.
- Identification and resolution of transaction issues.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has English proficiency at the B2-C2 level.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and attentiveness.
- Is a communicative person with excellent written skills.
- Is adept at teamwork and also capable of working independently.

What the work looks like in our team:
- Shift work schedule (08:00−18/12:00—21:00/21:00 — 08:00).
