Promin agency is searching for a Junior PPC Specialist (Google Ads) who is ambitious, innovative, and passionate about creating meaningful campaigns that achieve tangible success. What you’ll do:
- Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads;
- Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns that support our growth initiatives while adhering to budget requirements;
- Managing and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets across paid marketing channels, including paid search, display ads, and YouTube;
- Testing new channels and technologies;
- Understanding and utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and reporting (with integration and visualization setup using PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio);
- Analyzing, measuring, and reporting on all campaigns, developing a clear POV on insights, next steps, and potential optimizations;
- Monitoring and tracking key metrics across all channels, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR;
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of spending through continuous campaign optimization based on learnings from multiple A/B tests for creatives, goals, UX improvements on landing pages, and other strategies;
- Collaborating with copywriters and designers to create/approve ad creatives.

- Experience working with US and UK markets;
- Proven experience managing large budgets and handling significant data volumes;
- A data-driven approach;
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Ads;
- Familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, and others;
- And you know how to improve QS & AdRank in Google Ads — not just in theory but in practice. :)
- Experience in optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR;
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / DAX / SQL, with a solid understanding of funnel analytics and A/B testing;
- English level B2+.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Resilience to stress, ability to handle challenging situations/clients, and skills in addressing objections.
- High literacy, ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.
- You have a builder’s mindset — you thrive in developing and scaling where nothing existed before.
